Error on loading game

You may receive error messages when playing Roblox if your Internet connection is not fast enough, if you are using an incompatible browser, or if your firewall blocks the "Roblox" application. By learning more about "Roblox" you will get a better understanding of your requirements and how to make it easy to connect to your computer. "Roblox" Game Server

Playing Roblox
To play "Roblox," you must first connect to Roblox game hosts. When you enter your username and password, your browser sends this information to the server, which in turn sends it to a verification database. You can then choose a "Roblox" world to start in and enter the game. When you start playing, the computer sends data to the server all the time. If you interrupt your connection to the server at any time, you will receive one of several error messages.

Connection Error Messages
When you lose connection to the Roblox server, your game will freeze and you will see either "Could not connect" or "ID 14 failure." Both of these error messages mean your connection to the server timeout. When you lose the connection, the computer will continue to send small packets of data to the server in hopes of re-establishing the connection. At this point, check your modem or router to make sure your internet connection is working properly.

The "Roblox" game server communicates with the computer via digital gateways called "ports." Windows can automatically block "Roblox" from accessing these ports, but you can override this behavior.

To do this, click on "Start" type "firewall" in the search field and press "Enter." Click "Incoming Traffic Rules" when the Windows Firewall opens and then click "New Rule" on the right side of the window. Click the "Program" button and then click "Next." Click the "Browse" button, navigate to the "Roblox" folder in "Program Files" and then double-click "Roblox.exe." Click "Next", click on the "Allow Connection" button and then click "Next" again. Type a name for the new rule and then click "OK." Add Web Browser and Internet Speed

Internet Explorer is the only browser you can play Roblox on. If you try to play the game on other browsers, you will often have connection and stability issues. Additionally, while the game will run on a dial-up connection, you may experience connection issues when playing large maps. For the most consistent game, play on a broadband or cable connection. If you use your computer to stream video, make video calls or download large files while playing Roblox you may experience connection issues and because all of these activities must share your bandwidth.
